We know people love the R-Strap, but there’s also a new trend of do-it-yourself sling straps. We at BlackRapid fully support the efforts of the DIY’ers and now we want to see the results! That’s why we’re having a contest to see who can make the best, most creative and innovative do-it-yourself R-Strap. Voting will be done by the BlackRapid team and the strap with the most votes will receive the RS-5. Submissions must be received by August 15th, 2009. Entries must be submitted to the DIY forum with full picture documentation. If you are selected as the winner, you must send the winning strap in for inspection (we need to make sure it works) and placement in the BlackRapid hall of fame (you’ll be along side the first RS-1!) The winner will get a brand new BlackRapid RS-5 strap. Contest rules: Family and associates of BlackRapid are forbidden to participate in this contest.
