R-Photographers, RS-5 Release, RS DR-1 Upgrade
There are a lot of big things happening at BlackRapid. We’ve just updated our website with a whole new look, you can see it at www.blackrapid.com
However, our latest project is an entirely new website, R-Photographers. RPM (R-Photographers Members) is a fast growing community of photographers, professionals and amateurs alike, where you can share your work and receive comments, network with other professionals, find jobs, brides and gigs and even find an assistant. There’s a classified section to sell your old gear and a number of open forums to discuss just about anything. RPM is totally free to join and a great place to learn, share and grow as a photographer.

Another piece of news is the addition of the CoupleR system to our existing Double Strap. If you have ordered a Double Strap recently, you may have noticed that it included a mysterious piece in the package. This is a CoupleR, and you can use it to create a cross piece on the lower back. We think this is a great addition, because it pulls the cameras closer to the small of your back, which provides better back support and further reduces any slipping of the shoulder pads. We are offering these free to every customer who purchased a Double Strap before July 17th. Those of you who placed orders for the DR-1 Double Strap before July 17th will have already received a special notice on this offer.
