Return Policy

If for any reason you find that the R-strap does not work for you, please download and completely fill out the RMA Form and contact to return it within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to send the product back to BlackRapid along with the RMA form before a return or exchange can be issued.

Shipping

Domestic: Once your order has been printed, our systems should send you an email to confirm that your order is being processed and this will include a USPS (or FedEx if you choose that option) tracking number. Please refer to this email and the USPS or FedEx websites for the most up to date information. Standard domestic shipping generally takes no more than 5 business days, but can take up to 10 days. If time is a concern, please upgrade to Fed Ex Standard Overnight at checkout.

International: To keep your costs low, we ship via USPS and they do not provide a tracking number for International shipments. We will email you the day that your parcel leaves us. It can take at least 4-5 weeks for delivery, largely depending on customs. Customs fees may apply and if your parcel is missing it might be stuck in customs. Please check with them and let us know what they say. If it takes longer than five weeks, please contact us at customerrelations@blackrapid.com and we'll be happy help you with your order.

Warranty

We guarantee the quality of all BlackRapid Products. If you find your strap or bag is defective within a year of purchase, we will gladly exchange it.

This Website is made available by Black Rapid, Inc “we,” “us,” or “our”.  Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the definitions provided in our Terms of Use.  This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and made part of, our Terms of Use, which also govern your use of this Website.
By visiting or using the Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  We may modify, add, or delete portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the changes on this page.  Your continued use of the Website after any such changes have been made means you agree to such changes.  If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will indicate, at the top of this page, the date the Privacy Policy was last revised.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information provided or obtained other than from the Website.  For example, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by phone, through the postal service, or through other offline and print mediums. This Privacy Policy only applies to the Website and excludes information collected by anyone (such as advertisers or linked-to sites) except us.

We collect and store information that you enter into the Website.  To use at least some services on the Website, we collect limited personal information that can identify you or that can be used with other sources of information to identify you (“Personal Information”).  For example, when you purchase an item via the Website, we collect personal information including your user name, contact information, and credit-card information.  When you register to enter a sweepstakes, contest or survey, we collect the information requested for the registration of those events.  We also collect any information you voluntarily provide on a public forum or in the “comments” section of editorial content.  
Anonymous Information

When you use the Website, we may also collect certain information that does not identify you individually (“Anonymous Information”).  For example, we may collect your IP address, browser information and website domain name every time you visit the Website.  We may also collect information regarding user-traffic patterns and Website usage.

Use of Cookies and Spyware

Like many websites, we use “cookies”, which are files stored on your computer’s hard drive by your browser. Cookies help us identify account holders and optimize their Website experience. Most browsers accept cookies automatically but allow you to disable them. We recommend that you leave cookies enabled so we can offer you a better Website experience.

Besides cookies, we may also use tiny electronic images (called "single-pixel GIFs" or "Web beacons"), which allow us to count users who have visited specific pages or access certain cookies. Customer Service and Feedback

We may use your Personal Information to provide customer service, process your merchandise orders, and to track your compliance with our Terms of Use.  We won’t use your Personal Information to send you marketing from us or from any third party unless you expressly agree.

Use of Anonymous Information

We may use Anonymous Information to help us determine how people use parts of the Website and who our viewers are so we can improve the Website and make it more enjoyable for our users.  We may use or share with others Anonymous Information (or other information, other than Personal Information) in any other manner that we deem appropriate or necessary.

Third-party Agents

We occasionally have third-party agents that perform functions on our behalf, such as marketing, database-hosting, web analytics, credit-card processing, customer service, and fraud protection.  These entities have access to the Personal Information needed to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of Personal Information pursuant to reasonable security obligations and they are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 
Public Forums
If you contribute to a public area or feature of our Website, such as a comment page, bulletin board, or any other open forum that we may make available, at our discretion, the information that you submit may be made available to the general public and will not be considered "Personal Information" for purposes of this Privacy Policy.  Accordingly, we recommend that you refrain from submitting any sensitive information, including your full name, home address, phone number, or other information that would enable users to locate you or information about you. 
Legally Compelled Disclosures
We may disclose Personal Information to government authorities, and to other third parties when compelled to do so under law (including under a reasonable interpretation of the law), including, without limitation, in response to court orders and subpoenas.  
Emergency Situations

We may also use or disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to applicable law; (b) protect and defend the our rights or property, the Website or its Users, and (c) act under emergency circumstances to protect the personal safety of us, our Users, and others.
Transfer in the Event of Reorganization
In the event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation or liquidation, Personal Information may be one of the transferred assets. 
Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 entitles California customers to request information concerning whether a business has disclosed Personal Information to any third parties for the third parties' direct-marketing purposes.  As stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell or share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep your Personal Information secure.  For example, we store Personal Information on secure servers and data is encrypted. By accessing this website and using the services thereon (“Website”) you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Terms”). Requirements for Submitting User Content. You understand and agree that the posting of User Submissions may require you to register for an account with us. Products, Content and Specifications. The Website may provide details of the products and services available for purchase.  All prices are displayed excluding all appropriate taxes.  The inclusion of products or services on this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be always available. Occasionally, the manufacture or distribution of a certain product or service may be delayed for a number of reasons.  In such event, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.  By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. Shipping Limitations. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
