If for any reason you find that the R-strap does not work for you, please download and completely fill out the RMA Form and contact to return it within 30 days of purchase. You will be required to send the product back to BlackRapid along with the RMA form before a return or exchange can be issued.
ShippingDomestic: Once your order has been printed, our systems should send you an email to confirm that your order is being processed and this will include a USPS (or FedEx if you choose that option) tracking number. Please refer to this email and the USPS or FedEx websites for the most up to date information. Standard domestic shipping generally takes no more than 5 business days, but can take up to 10 days. If time is a concern, please upgrade to Fed Ex Standard Overnight at checkout.
International: To keep your costs low, we ship via USPS and they do not provide a tracking number for International shipments. We will email you the day that your parcel leaves us. It can take at least 4-5 weeks for delivery, largely depending on customs. Customs fees may apply and if your parcel is missing it might be stuck in customs. Please check with them and let us know what they say. If it takes longer than five weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy help you with your order.
We guarantee the quality of all BlackRapid Products. If you find your strap or bag is defective within a year of purchase, we will gladly exchange it.
