What Is The Warranty Coverage for My BLACKRAPID Product?
At BLACKRAPID, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our camera straps and accessories come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, while our smartphone TetheR Tabs are covered for six months.
Please be aware that using non-genuine parts or accessories from other brands may lead to damage of the ConnectR or FastenR, or carabiner, which will void your warranty. We strongly recommend that you only use authentic BLACKRAPID components and accessories.
Additionally, BlackRapid cannot be held liable for any damage to equipment or injuries that may arise from the purchase and/or use of our products.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If you purchased through the official BLACKRAPID Amazon store and have an issue, contact us directly rather than returning through Amazon. You’ll need to send us your original receipt.
If you purchased through a third-party camera store, please contact to that camera store and follow their policies.
We value customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly process your return within 30 days of purchase. A returned product must be in like-new condition, with no alterations made to it, and all original parts and packaging must be included, as well as a copy of your original invoice. What Is Not Covered?
Damage due to normal wear and tear; damage caused by lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse; damage caused by use of the product for other than its intended purpose; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance of the product; damage to a product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any cameras, equipment, or personal property used in conjunction with the product.
How Do I Make A Claim Under This Warranty?
For US customers we will gladly exchange your product, or the defective part, with a copy of the original receipt. Do not dispose of the defective product prior to contacting us. We will need the defective product and all original parts in order to process your claim. For international customers outside of the US, please make certain that you are purchasing from an Authorized BLACKRAPID Reseller, and please contact the store from which you purchased the product from to initiate a warranty claim.
It is the responsibility of the camera owner to check the integrity of their gear regularly and ensure that all hardware is properly installed. Several safety accessories and replacement parts are available (such as the Camera Safety TetheR) to protect your equipment from any possible damage
