It includes a velcro patch panel (patch not included) with a hidden tracker pocket for security and a loop for carabiners (carabiner included) — perfect for Jasin’s prayer beads or your own essentials. The shoulder pad ensures all-day comfort, whether you’re on a film set or in the wild.
Worn crossbody with the pad on your left shoulder, your camera rests securely at your right hip, ready for action. Jasin introduced me to the Black Rapid straps back in 2012. And the company doesn't rest on their laurels just making one thing. They are constantly developing and refining their products. Besides allowing easy access to your cameras, the big thing (at least for me) is that the BR straps take tension off of your neck and shoulders. I was actually facing neck surgery at one point (before finding these straps) and I showed my doctor the new BR strap I was using and he told me that I had just bought my way out of surgery (and wanted to know if he could invest in the company).
The other thing I love about the company is that they have people like Jasin on board who give real world feedback about what works and what doesn't. Photography can be really tough on your body and ergonomics has long been ignored. Neck and shoulder pain were basically considered a badge of honor at one point (Hey, we were all young and stupid at one point, right?).
Thank you Jasin and Black Rapid for all you do for the community. Trust me when I say, you won't regret buying these straps (and the Camo is definitely a nice touch).
Truly the best camera strap around. I can carry my camera all day without feeling the weight as I explore a city or nature, I can easily pull it up to take a snap and my camera feels secure! Really love the updates of the On Set strap, like the cover on the lock now securing my camera even better. And I can personalize the strap with the Velcro patch. Can’t live without it!

Jasin Boland is such an inspiration. His onset work is a goal I inspire to all the time. Besides being in the top world of set stills, he is actually someone who supports many photographers, from amateur to pros. Jasin introduced me to BlackRapid many years ago and it is all I use. The BlackRapid brand just doesn't stand still, they are always refining their products. Real world users are their word of mouth for their awesome products, such as Jasin's work.
